I often get asked how i put up with eating clean 24/7.. but to me, i cant understand how people dont.. nothing makes me happier than i yummy salad or some seared BBQ chicken and brown rice.. and what makes it better.. i wont feel guilty after.. tonights dinner:
Baby Spinach, Capscium, baby tomatoes, 150grams of seared BBQ chicken breast, with a balsamic mustard dressing yummmyyyyy
